TEA for Coda no longer maintained
May 31, 2010
I unfortunately will no longer be developing TEA for Coda thanks to accepting a full time position at MacRabbit (makers of CSSEdit and Espresso). Coda is a great program and the TEA project saw its roots as a bundle of Coda Applescripts, but since I have not used Coda in almost a year and now have a vested interest in seeing Espresso succeed it’s time for me to say goodbye to the project.
Work on my Espresso add-ons (including TEA for Espresso) will of course be going strong. I am very excited to be able to finally focus a good chunk of my paid time on Espresso add-ons rather than needing to do them solely in my free time.
For those still using Coda, I recommend that you try Serge Che’s fork of the TEA for Coda project (Serge is responsible for zen coding, and has been maintaining a version of TEA for Coda with bleeding edge improvements to zen coding for some time). And of course if you wish to make improvements to TEA for Coda yourself, you can always grab the source from the GitHub repository.
