Fixes and extends Geek theme, and improves handling of Unicode when emailing notes.
This is a bugfix release to improve support for the new Geek theme and prevent Unicode characters from being corrupted when sending the string to the Palm email client.

- Geek theme no longer improperly bumps content downward when in landscape mode
- Title pills reset their positioning when editing long titles
- Title pills no longer improperly scroll when editing long titles
- Improved backgrounds and tap highlights in Geek theme
- Email Document no longer results in corrupted strings when sending titles and/or notes with Unicode characters in them
